Minimum Height: 80 cm (must be accompanied by a parent if shorter).

Grip Socks: Wear grip socks for safety and better traction.

One Jumper per Trampoline: Prevent collisions by jumping one at a time.

Mind Others: Be especially cautious of smaller jumpers.

Safe Landings: Always land on both feet or your buttocks to avoid injury.

Stay Within Your Limits: Only attempt activities that match your skills and abilities.

Surface Pads: Do not jump or land on the pad.

No Wall Tricks: Tricks off the trampoline walls are prohibited.

No Rough Play: Avoid double bouncing, running, pushing, or wrestling.

Empty Pockets: Remove large jewelry, accessories, glasses, and hearing aids when possible.

No Food or Drinks: Keep all food, drinks, and gum out of the activity areas.
